Nutritional Value of Sprouted Ragi Flour (per 100g): 

  • Energy: Approximately 320-336 kcal.

  • Carbohydrates: Around 72 grams.

  • Dietary Fiber: 11-12 grams.

  • Protein: 7.3-8 grams.

  • Fat: 1.14-1.5 grams.

  • Calcium: 350 mg.

  • Iron: 3.9-4 mg.

  • Other Minerals: Magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus.

  • Vitamins: B-complex vitamins, folic acid, and others.


    Storage Information:

    Store in cool and dry place, once opened you can store in an air tight container.


    Ideal use:

    Sprouted Ragi Flour is perfect for a quick nutritious breakfast bowl or plain porridge. It can be cooked with water or milk to make a porridge and can be mixed with favourite taste morsels like fresh fruits, dried fruits and nuts.

    Can be cooked with a pinch of cardamom powder, any natural sweetener like mishri or date palm jaggery to make nutritious Nachni Satva porridge for babies and little ones. 

    Can be used to make delicious dosa, idly, pancakes, cookies, chips and porridge. 

    It can be mixed with other flours and can be used to make anything from a simple chilla to a gourmet pancake.
